Summary:  We talk about murals and graffiti art. Arielle gives us some history re: the original usage of the term "graffiti." Mural towns are noted as a possible form of economic and cultural development. Miguel talks about the mural projects that Casa de Cultura is coordinating. Youth development through the arts is an important concept, and helping youth to express themselves artistically is encouraged. Successful examples of programs that utilize Restorative Justice as an intervention with tagging are noted.
