Summary: [Due to technical difficulties, only the second half of this program was recorded.] Discussion centers around local efforts to bring a Reintegration Center to San Miguel County, NM to serve the surrounding area. The need for such services like inpatient chemical dependency treatment, medical detox, outpatient treatment, and workforce training and development is strong. Provision of these services would reduce recidivism rates at the jail, and make for a stronger, healthier community.
